Online Returns Policy

We want you to be as in love with your new outfit as we are. So, if something isn’t quite right we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange in accordance with our Returns Policy below. 

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving you order to be eligible for your return.

Please note we cannot offer refunds on sale and promotional items.



  • You can return / exchange the item within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging 
  • The item has not been altered, washed, dry cleaned or damaged 
  • Refunds are not available on sale and promotional items, exchanges or credit notes only can be issued  
  • If an item is deemed faulty, By Daniella Boutique will offer to repair, replace or refund the value of item
  • Exceptions: We do not accept returns on jewellery and footwear 
  • Once your return is approved, your item must be returned to us within 7 working days of being approved (any items returned outside this will not be accepted)


Made to Order purchases for standard colours and sizes can be returned for a refund or exchange. Please note product descriptions when referring to "standard" colours and sizes. Any products purchased with "custom" colours or sizes cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. 

Please note any rush order fees will not be refunded/credited.


Please note, the original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage costs are at the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. We highly recommend using a trackable delivery service as By Daniella Boutique cannot be held responsible for lost items.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RA). We will provide you with a Returns Form, please fill in and provide your RA number. Please send back your item with the returns form to the following address :
