Online Returns Policy
We want you to be as in love with your new outfit as we are. So, if something isn’t quite right we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange in accordance with our Returns Policy below.
Please note our online returns policy is different from our in store returns policy.

IN STOCK ITEMS :
- You can return / exchange the item within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging
- The item has not been altered, washed, dry cleaned or damaged
- Refunds are not available on sale and promotional items, exchanges only can be issued
- If an item is deemed faulty, By Daniella Boutique will offer to repair, replace or refund the value of item
- Exceptions: We do not accept returns on jewellery and footwear
- Your item must be returned to us within 14 working days of being approved (any items returned outside this will not be accepted)
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS :
Made to Order purchases for standard colours and sizes can be returned for a refund or exchange. Please note product descriptions when referring to "standard" colours and sizes. Any products purchased with "custom" colours or sizes cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Please note any rush order fees will not be refunded/credited.

Please note, the original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage costs are at the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. We highly recommend using a trackable delivery service as By Daniella Boutique cannot be held responsible for lost items.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email returns@bydaniellaboutique.com to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RA). We will provide you with a Returns Form, please fill in and provide your RA number. Please send back your item with the returns form to the following address :
