Returns Policy

We have a 14 day Returns Policy where Full Price items can be returned for a Refund / Credit note. All Sale Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

Please check the information below to see if you Order qualifies for a Return.

To initiate a Return, please email returns@bydaniellaboutique.com to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RA) and we will send you all the details on how to Return your Order.

 

FULL PRICE ITEMS : 

We can provide a Refund or Credit note for full price items purchased : 

  • Within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging 
  • The item has not been altered, washed, dry cleaned or damaged 
  • If an item is deemed faulty, By Daniella Boutique will offer to repair, replace or refund the value of item
  • Exceptions: We do not accept returns on jewellery and footwear 
  • Once your return is approved, your item must be returned to us within 7 working days of being approved (any items returned outside this will not be accepted)

SALE ITEMS : 

Please note all items purchased on Sale and/or Marked Down are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. 

CREDIT NOTES : 

Credit notes issued are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and have the below conditions : 

  • Credit notes must be used in full 
  • Any partially used Credit Notes will not be re-issued 
  • Not Redeemable for Cash 
  • Credit Notes can be used In Store or Online 
  • Purchases made with Credit Notes are FINAL SALE and strictly cannot be returned 

EXCHANGES : 

Please note we cannot issue Exchanges for online purchases. Exchanges are only accepted for In Store Purchases. 

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS :

Made to Order purchases for standard colours and sizes can be returned for a Refund or Credit Note.  Please note product descriptions when referring to "standard" colours and sizes. Any products purchased with "custom" colours or sizes cannot be returned and are Final Sale. 

Please note any rush order fees will not be refunded/credited.

CANCELLATIONS :

Please note, our online orders are automatically processed and therefore are unable to be cancelled once the order has been placed. Cancellations are not accepted, so please thoroughly check your order before placing.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage costs are at the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. We highly recommend using a trackable delivery service as By Daniella Boutique cannot be held responsible for lost items.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email returns@bydaniellaboutique.com to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RA). We will provide you with a Returns Form, please fill in and provide your RA number. Please send back your item with the returns form to the following address :
